The Thin-Wafer Swing Check Valve is an ultra-compact check valve featuring a simple structure, aesthetically pleasing design, lightweight construction, and easy installation. It is particularly suitable for water supply systems, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and other industrial sectors where installation space is limited.
Function:
Installed in pipeline systems, its primary functions are to prevent medium backflow, avoid reverse rotation of pumps and their drive motors, and discharge media from containers. It can also be used on supplemental piping for auxiliary systems where pressure may exceed that of the main system. Depending on material selection, it is adaptable to pipelines carrying various media. As an integral fluid component of the pipeline, its disc opening/closing process is influenced by the system's transient flow state; conversely, the disc's closing characteristics impact the fluid flow dynamics.

Product Description:
The Wafer Swing Check Valve is an ultra-thin design utilizing a compact structure and a single-disc configuration. An integrated O-ring ensures excellent sealing performance. Compared to traditional swing check valves, this series offers advantages including:

Working Principle:
The valve employs an internally mounted rocker-arm swing mechanism. The disc rotates around a pivot pin: fluid flow pushes the disc open to allow passage. Upon flow reversal, the disc closes automatically under its own weight and the force of the reverse flow medium.
